when I'm board and I don't know what to do, I just eat. even though I'm not hungry. Please help me out with this problem.

when u going to eat try to bring only one kind of food
because u will stop eat it just because u got ur satisfaction from it
but if u got many typs and kind of food u will be ready to eat this and this and tast this and this
try to engage ur time and put in ur mind that u should pain to loss weight

I have had that same problem. I find that it works better if I eat something with almost no calories, like Celery, Asparagus, or Carrots. Also, I try to DRINK as much sugar free liquid as possible. You might wish to chew sugar free gum as well. I find that helps me a lot.

Pl take a long walk till you get hungry,if you have a swimming pool swim till you get exhausted.
Do something you enjoyed doing earlier.

gum, suckers, jolly ranchers.. also drink lots of water.. these all seem to help me.

U r eating because u are used to it.
u got to find somthing to replace that feeling.
So or start smoking go sporting more sex,.........................
