Well Satan is the Prince of the Earth. So he is trying his best to win people to his side for the final battle whether they know it or not. However in Job it says that Satan is required to ask permission before he takes on God's people. So we see Satan has some restrictions. Remember all are lost until they have an encounter with Jesus and even after most people do not choose the narrow way. God is ultimately in control but right now Satan is like a spoiled child having his way but eventually as is always the case God will call him to account and the last battle will begin.

Man is the cause. never has an omnipotent being been present to cause war or strife. it is mankinds ailment that is the cause of the worlds degradation. dont let the church going warmongers of the USA convince you it is a war that god permits. no god permits war, as no god exists. mankind loves the ability to find a scapegoat and Satan is always that victim. no evil god, no malicious intent from above or below. just mankinds greed and lust for control.

little boys pushing each other as infants has evolved onto the war of governments, which is godless under the facade of god. the only true trinity of god in the west is control, wealth and power.

leave church, for it is wrong. leave condemnation of Satan, for it is man who chooses to hurt another, regardless of your belief of divine coercion. blaming Satan or anyone else for your actions is just irresponsible and shows you are less than intellectual. think about it you christians, stop blaming others for your mistakes, and start praising yourself when you do good. no god, no devil, just you. life becomes more real when you blame and praise the true cause of your actions.

Neither. People are responsible for what's going on around the world right now. Satan only has influence if people let him and even then, it's still the people that perpetrate the acts.

I'll say god is responsible. God is all mighty.. even Satan is less powerful than god.. So, the most powerful one should take responsibility for all the **** that is going on.

I completely agree with the first answer you got.
We always look for the easy way out and someone to blame.
Situations occur, wars are waged, people are killed, all by the actions or inaction's of men.
