Habit is the worst if I do the same thing the same way I will get the same result. I may not like the result but I know what it will be and can be mentally and emotionally prepared for it so I am comfortable. BTW. This is not living.
Genes are what God knits together to make us. Some may be knit together to be very deep thinkers and need detailed analysis t oaccept concepts other are knit together to want simple concise direction that they can follow without thinking. Each way of thought is reflected in a different religion.

Gene's and Environment. Nature vs Nurture argument. The other categories are those that would be shaped by your religious/spiritual mood. Remember, your religion is what you say that you believe. People who are true to themselves tend to choose to behave in accordance with their beliefs. This in turn affects their lifestyle or habits of which caffeine use would be a part occasionally, and probably in the west. Gene's are a part of the physical component and contribute to your personal dispositions about everything continually, thus the vanity of humans. The environment shapes the physical, but primarily influences another part of the spiritual center of life that is directly associated with your beliefs, and therefore your religion.
The part that most people forget is that every perspective on everything that ever happens to anyone is a matter of their own choosing. That is why what we consider suffering, unbearable or intolerable to us is not so for others. However, choice is severelly affected by environment do to the fact that environment can impact knowledge which impacts learning which impacts choice. It is almost paradoxical.

I believe that environment determines the majority of people's religious beliefs. If A person was born in a Muslim area, chances are that they will not become a Catholic.
