It because your stomach is empty first thing in the morning and something about water retention as well...Weight experts say to weigh yourself in the morning, as this is your true weight...hard to say if this is true or not but, it does make sense...
Cheers,
Hope this helps!

When you sleep the body keeps on digesting and as you are not eating during the night the body is getting rid of so much more waste. When you eat during the day there is a back lag of food and as a result bloating occurs

because you haven't eaten for about 10-12 hours. Also, your body slowly gets squashed by gravity during the day, and then stretches back out when you are lying down at night. Therefore you are taller and thinner in the morning

I trust whoever suggested "sweating in the course of the nighttime" and whoever suggested "farting" (specifically cuz I laughed my butt off). notwithstanding that's likely a mixture of a few water retention being released, and the undeniable actuality that you're tummy is empty.

I think i have the same problem.
i think its because in the morning, you havent eaten or drinken anything yet, but as the day progresses your eating/drinking constantly, which makes your stomach 'plump' out.
i hope thats what it is!!

because it the morning time most of your food that you have eaten the day before has digested and is no longer making you feel plump of food because of digestion

because your body has rested and it doesn't weigh down on you plus you haven't eaten anything and you feel your stomach empty.
Why is it that when you eat you feel full and fat? Cu's your full.
