in my opinion, its usually the woman. this coming from a guys point of view. the reason is women are more emotional than men, they get attached emotionally faster than men do since men are told to not show their feelings. but it can vary, think of it this way, a man and woman can never just be friends, one of them,if not both,want something more than a friendship. the question is, is it you? him? or both?

that all depends on the man and the woman. in every relation one falls first and harder then the other. the problem is if one falls too fast and too hard then they become the smuthering codependet one in the relation and tends to kill the relation. most of the time it's women fall first. but if the girl isn't really into the guy then the guy tends to fall first. and it works the other way too.

it depends
if they first look into each others eyes for the FIRST time them just maybe the girl,
but if your asking when do males or females fall in love, most likely girls do younger than guys,
guys are to into boats, cars, trucks, DIRT, and sports, and they learn or actually see a female later in years than females actually see a male...
and going back the the first time to actually see each other eye to eye, they could both fall in love instantly with each other at the same time...

I think during high school...its the man...early twenties....its the girl...and 30's and up...they dont date unless they both know they will fall in love.
