You can call the phone operator and ask the address that is displayed with the phone number. But, if the person has only their phone number listed and not their address...than you're out of luck. A thought...if you have the person's phone number why not call and ask them for their address? Unless...that person doesn't even want someone calling them or knowing their address. If that's the case, the person's privacy and space should be respected and to leave them be.
