Yeah, it's purge! Sori....I can feel my waist expanding! Aargh!

#1. Don't feel guilty. Guilt turns sugar into fat faster.
#2. Excercise enough to burn at least most of the calories, but without making yourself sick.
#3. Learn from your mistake and have a small serving next time.

Binge is what you did when you ate the ice cream...purge is vomiting up your stomach contents. If you do not care to purge (and it's not healthy anyway) then you accept the consequences of consuming a lot of empty calories and hopefully keep such behavior to a minimum in the future.

Start a workout program to help assuage the guilt...exercise will help you burn off those extra calories and also allow you to not have to be so restrictive with your eating in general...

I could never do that. I would get sick before i finished. I love ice cream as much as the next person but there is no way i could eat a tub of it. If i did eat a lot of ice cream i would get on the treadmill after the food had settled.

Eating of a tub of ice-cream ...that is to binge. To stick your finger down your throat is to purge.
If you ate it and you're feeling guilty about it...just say...What's done is done. Tomorrow is a new day. ( ....and I don't mean, a new day,...and so a new flavour! LOL) good luck!

you may choose for a skill walk for 20 - half-hour and then basically watch what you devour over here few days and the subsequent time which you extremely desire something basically ice cream or cake or something like that, do no longer deny your self the cope with basically have a small ingredient or volume of it. or you have gotten a binge like this returned

I'd go and do a workout for as much time as I can.
Next time you want to eat icecream. Just eat a little bit and put the rest of it away in the freezer.

I would be chucking me guts. I am lactose intolerant and cannot have ice cream. Too hard trying to find lactose free ice cream where I live.

i would grab my ipod put on a big sweater and run 5 miles (or more) then do sum sit ups.

just work out till you feel better about urself or feel u burned the calories

wait a couple of hours then buy another tub and eat it too, life's too short and you still have new years resolutions to worry about it.
