When you bathe, you can use an exfoliating sponge ( one of those slightly scratchy ones) on your elbows. Then use a foot creme or lotion , like Dr. Scholl's Foot Creme...it is for elbows too...and really does a good job. I think Avon makes a good product for this too.

exfoliate the dry skin and use vaseline on them. Wrap your elbows with plastic for about 30 minutes to lock in the vaseline. repeat this daily for about a week or so or until you see results.

You can try a moisturizing cream first. If that doesn't work, then use a steroid cream. You can get them over the counter as hydrocortisone cream or ointment. It does take some time to see beneficial effects, around 2 weeks.
