Hi, the safe and best way is:
20-30 cruches
15-20 cross crunches per leg
1-3 miles walk/jog (a day)(strech first)
eat alot of friut and oatmeal (especially in the morning)
jump in place or with a rope for 1-2 mins.
dancing,skating,ice skating,soccer,playing with a bunch of energy filled kids,walk home on a nice day,swimming,5mile hikes.

there is this one drink called somthing but i dont know my friend took it she lost 80 pounds in 1 week all you do is drink it and it goes away you can find it t any thrift store overcounter to.
