Would a lemon juice sample (without sugar and water) be good for a weak edible acid?

Yes. Also vinagar, Lime juice, wine, beer, soda.

It's definitely an edible acid although I don't know how weak. What do you mean by a weak acid, a pH or 5 or 6? I would think that lemon juice would be a great example of an edible acid though. Or you could use some sort of vinegar like apple cider vinegar or white vinegar. They are acidic and edible too. Good luck!

Yes, and it is a good alternative to Apple Cider Vinegar if you're just after the acidity.
