Eat a fairly medium breakfast with lots of fiber and eat a small lunch or no lunch(this is just for a month, not forever).
Then have a light to medium dinner.
Stay low on carbs and fat. That means watch out for:
chocolate, bananas, bread, candy; Check the label.
Try not to eat any snacks. If you do eat a snack eat something like Beef Jerky, Fat Free pretzels, applesauce etc.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes continuously by running, swimming, jogging, aerobics, crunches, push ups or something else, it can be simple.
Go to this website --> mypyramid.gov
It will tell you what you need to eat to be healthy
Don't fall for that excercise 5 hours a day or starve yourself thing.
It could hurt you, and not eating can actually make you gain weight, honestly, because when you stop eating, your metabolism rate goes down to adjust to the lack of food. The when you eat again (so you don't die) your metabolism won't go up again, so you gain weight.
Good luck, be careful!!

I am a med and dietetics student. Please take this an an opinion only and not as medical advice as I am not an RD or MD yet. There is no way to lose that much weight in 1 month. You should only lose about 1/2- 1 1/2 pounds per week. Anything more then that is not healthy and you are depleating your body of vital nutrients. Don't skip meals! Despite popular belief, starving yourself is the absolute WORST thing you can do. Your body feeds off of the muscle first before it feeds off the fat. When you do eat, your body will store the calories as fat instead of energy. Talk to your doctor before starting any new regiment in your diet. The only thing you could try is to do a 2 day detoxifying "diet". It should not continue more then 2 days as it could become harful to your body. For 2 days straight, eat nothing but green vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, etc). They can be cooked, but no salt, butter or other falvoring. It has to be plain. Take a medium chicken and boil it. No skin or dressing. Plain as well. Drink tea and black coffee or water. Tea and coffee are natural diuretics which will make you urinate frequently getting rid of the excess water weight. Other then that, just watch your diet and exercise! Exercise is a must. 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week is all you need. Hope this helps!

Quickest way or healthiest way ? Any more than that I'm not going to touch this question . . . you really already know the answer...it can't be done in a healthy way. Whatever / wherever your going that you feel the need to lose 15 lb. in one month... either pass or postpone on that event or participate in it as you are and feel fine with that.

if you want to lose 15 lbs in one month then gain 20 lbs in the next month then follow any one of the crash diets... that'll do the job.
if you fancy losing the 15 lbs forever, you will have to change the way you relate to food as well as work more exercize into your daily/ weekly life. A vegetarian (or predominantly vegetarian) diet is the way to go (with lots of emphasis on knowing what food groups are important).

I don't know if it's healthy to lose that much weight in one month, unless you're really big to start with. The best way to keep it off is diet & exercise. Try to plan for long term instead of the "quick fix". Good Luck.

I lost 80 lbs in 4.5 months and all I did was to stop eating all but once a day and to switch from crap to straight boneless skinless chicken breast and tuna, no mayo and start walking as as fast as you can for as long as you can. drink as much water or crystal light as you can. I've changed my habits for life and I haven't gained back a pound since May. But this can't be a fad it has to be a change in behavior or you will plump back up.

this is asking for someone's advice on unhealthy ways or harmful ways that can harm your body--this is supposed to be about helping out with opinions and answers to assist others not give them advice on how to do bad things. 15 lbs in a month is absolutely not healthy to gain or lose.

I can tell you how I lost 40lbs in 3 weeks.
Dont eat. When ever you feel hungry, do something else. Drink or sleep through the hunger pain. Work out as well.
It worked for me.
