Yes. Everytime someone says America is a "Christian nation", everytime I'm forced to say the Pledge of Allegiance in school, everytime I listen to our incompetent president say "God Bless America". People are also surprisingly intolerant of atheists, saying really random, irrelevant things.

Yes. I've had people who got along with me just fine before finding out suddenly reject me or have nothing to do with me. When in business, I lost jobs because the person hiring found out.
Imagine trying to get elected to a major office in this country as a known atheist. I do know teachers and other educators that have lost their jobs IN THE PUBLIC school systems who have been forced out for their religious beliefs - several atheists and agnostics and one Wiccan. I knew at least one public high school kid who was forced off the football team for refusing to pray with the rest of the team. I know a woman whose car was vandalized in a small, Texas town because she had a walking darwin fish symbol on her car.
There's plenty to go around.

It doesn't happen in the UK- the opposite is true here. Christians often suffer discrimination which is quite right given that their creed is an abomination that needs to be purged from civilised society.

The only time was when I sent in my application for the job of Pope. I am not sure, however if it was due to my atheism or the fact that I am too young. I really wanted to wear that funny hat.

I am Agnostic but some of my friends who are Christians stopped hanging out with me because I could not come to a conclusion about a creator.
90% of my Christians friends stuck by me though

Well I am agnostic, but normally I just get funny looks. Like someone ask me to go to church with them and I replied that I was not in to the weird stuff, and they looked at me like I was crazy. People sometimes just expect you to be religious and when your not they act like you have offended them some how.

Nope. Well unless you count being told you'll burn in hell or that you're a satan worshipper. But those aren't real insults anyway.
