2. Blue berries
3. Walnuts and pecan nuts
4. Mackeral and seafood salads.

power bars and eat breakfast in the morning. it makes people alot more awake.

i didnt eat breakfast for 15 years and i finally am and i feel much more awake and ready to take on the day.
