Eat healthy, no more than 2000 calories a day and exercise alot. Anyone can eat healthy but you must excersize and committ yourself to wanting to lose the weight. Because if you cant, you will never see the numbers go down on that scale.

20-30 pushups
20-30 crunches
1-2miles of walking/jogging (strech first)
1-1 1/2 mins. jumping or with a rope
20-25 leg scissors
activites:
kickboxing, martial arts,dancing,skating,ice skating,sports.
eat alot of fruit and oatmeal in the morning
