Im pretty sure an athiest would convert to Christianity before believing in that. If you were truly saved all that time, you would know the truth.
**EDIT***
I am certainly not at all saying that you were not saved during that time (I have no right to decide that)- I just meant that since you were saved all that time-you know the truth if you have kept your spiritual conncetion with God.

Hi: Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary - right here on Earth - God is His Father. Jesus was the Son of God, fully human, but also fully God at the same time. Your friend is wrong. There are some people who believe in aliens - some do not. You can talk to your pastor about the whole alien thing and he'll probably give you some interesting information. Don't be scared, God is bigger than anything!
Love in Christ Jesus

Dear Portia: I am deeply upset you are possibly (?) that gullible. Is it really possible that some young people said that to you and showed you something - and a "saved" Christ follower actually was willing to believe it?
My amazement is that you never learned OF Him. I know that He has never been "heard" by you in your Mind, or across your heart. He has never been sensed or felt by you. You have never understood His Christ Nature, or the Creator He spoke of in His Earthly Life. In a Church Youth Group, with many others of the same Faith - and not one of you - not ONE of you - made an impression on any other - in regards to what you believe in and have come to KNOW. Saved, a Follower, a Church participant, and you have never even come close - to Knowing Him !
I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, Portia; I am simply so awe-struck by this Post that I don't honestly know how to process it.
Why say " I am a Christian" if you have never acknowledged His Thoughts in your mind (as not being your own), never heard His Voice and never felt His Presence with you? Your Creator did not Create aliens. He Created the Kingdom (us), the Sonship. The soul/spirit-mind within you is connected as ONE to the entire Kingdom and God, Himself. It is in constant communion with every Created Being (within and thru the Soul) and receives full communication back. The Intellect of the human denies the Soul's existence. Speaks of aliens. Speaks of Sciences that can never put God into a mathematical formula and present Him! The Intellect blocks off and denies the Creator and it's own holy self that is part OF God, but not God. There is nothing in our universes but God's Created. No strangers. Is God or Jesus or the Holy Spirit an Alien to YOU? Then you are saying, only - you do not know them.
Is this what you want? To not know Him? Perhaps. Examine that. That's a decision you certainly have the right to make.
Alien means: (1) From another planet or world or country.
(2) Something foreign or unknown to you;
something our of your realm.
P.S. Ezeckiel, as all prophets, was a Mystic. They have spiritual experiences. Occasionally, they are subject, in the realm of the spiritual, to having "visions" that CAN be of demonic influence. They are not demonized, themselves, (no) but demonic thought and influence exists in the world of spirit -as well as Truth. Mystics pick up both Truth and those other influences.
Best regards, Lana

I've been to that site, before, Portia,I don't see how that is so bogus. That theory has been around forever, secretly, but it has been around. I've always thought since I was little that Christ was from the stars.."E.T." I'm not saying that he didn't die for the sins of man. I can believe that. Think about it though, Jesus had the ability to heal the sick, (and would lose power after doing so.), He used Telekenesis, was able to levitate. Ascended into Heaven. Heh, God is an alien anyway if he made Earth.

why would the concept of "God" being extra terrestrial be any more frightening than "God" being a cruel and capricious super being?
one could read the Bible as a series of stories written by primitive humans about their encounters with aliens ... angels, demons, Ezekiel's Wheel, the New Jerusalem coming down out of the sky.
Mary being artificially inseminated with alien DNA to create Jesus the alien/human hybrid with extra human powers. it's as as fun an idea as any magic idea.
PS. as a matter of fact ... the holy texts of many religions contain stories that could be interpreted as alien encounters. the Hindu myths are full of stories of flying chariots and alien looking deities performing amazing actions.

Believe only the Scriptures , Portia......Satan will always have littles devils out there trying to create doubt to overthrow your faith....He hates the Bible and doesn't want you attached to Jesus at all costs:
Remember the Scriptures:
" Now the Spirit speaks expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, speaking lies in hypocrisy..."(1Tim.4:1)
"...But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." (II Tim. 3:12)
Keep reading God's Word so the enemy cannot bring deception.
You will start to recognize easily God's truth versus deception.
God Bless you.

Your friend is extremely gullible. No, Jesus is NOT an alien, he is the son of God. Truly if you have a friend that gullible, you should be careful not to get the disease of gullibility. Be careful. Don't let her suck you into some strange cult or belief system that is entirely un-biblical.

Hmmm, if you believe in the bible, then you also believe that God created the universe. So if God existed before the Earth did, then JC is a son of an alien... Right?

No.
For 'well pleased'
Matthew 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am WELL PLEASED.
Matthew 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is WELL PLEASED: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall show judgment to the Gentiles.
Matthew 17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am WELL PLEASED; hear ye him.
Mark 1:11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am WELL PLEASED.
Luke 3:22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am WELL PLEASED.

Look for facts about Jesus in the Bible and not on a website. God will show you what He wants you to know about Himself there.
