I have the address and everything i just need to kno if i can send it like a regular letter from my house with a normal stamp or is there a special process...

You can send it with just a stamp in your mail box. If you want to send a package then you need an additional customs form.

Just send it as you would regular mail. It doesn't cost anymore to send that letter then it would to send any slow mail to anywhere in the continental US. If you are planning to send a bigger package, take it to your local post office, and they will tell you the price. Depending on how big it is. Make sure you completely full of the receiving address, especially spelling it correctly.

nothing extra for a regular letter unless you include pics or callingcards those have to be claimed to go through customs otherwise just a stamp and a place where your outgoing mail goes
