I am trying to loose weight, but I get stuck in the breakfast. I really don;t know what to eat. I am 5 Feet and 6 inch and 170 pound , I want to lose atleast 20 pound, will three days a exercise is helpful, I can not jog as my knee hurts like hell, what is the other exercise should be best for me?I do drink tea or coffee a lot, is that hinder to my weight loss?

Best way
(1) start eating half dinner
(2) Repalce lunch withh fruits and veggies
(3) Be active at home ( while sitting move ur hands)
(4) do not eat 2 hours b 4 the bedtime
(5) clean the house for 2 hours on sunday. Clean the car on saturday for 1 hour
(6) On friday, do fast with fruits only...

for breakfest you should really eat fruit and oatmeal both are good for you and helps you digest food throughout the day.
at home:
20-30 crunches
15-20 cross-crunches per leg
20-30 pushups
if jogging makes your knee hurt then walk or walk on a tred mill at home so you can stop when you need to.(trust me i know what its like to have a bad knee)(try iceyhot)

a breakfast when you wake up - limit calories to 250-300. Try decaf cofffee. Even better - go for green tea. Nice and hot :)
No more snacks. Theyre just added calories.
Have small "meals" - Cereal, Fruits, Small salads...
Have some more hot tea :)
Always move - Always stretch.
Stretch before going to bed. Stretch when you wake up.
No sitting in one position for more than 30 minutes.
