I think it's just an adjustment - those who like the old ones better will eventually like the new ones better.
Especially no starching - no dry cleaning....

We do not wear BDUs (battle dress uniform) and ACUs (army combat uniform) for looks they are worn for cover and concealment to protect our lives. the reason we have switched to the ACU is it blends green, tan, and gray to work effectively in woodland, desert, and urban environments. It also features numerous design improvements based on input from soldiers, there were many flaws with the oridinal BDU.

The new digital camo blends in alot better than the older jungle camo and also looks better.

The BDU's? The question should be "which one looks LESS." The idea is better camo.

OLD!!!! The stupid digital one is awful. We look like a bunch of clowns now. It is a shame.

Which ever one will keep us alive longer. Seriously though, after wearing any of them for ten days straight, in Mud, dirt, sand, etc tec. they ALL look alike anyway.
