you may not like the layout but you must be one of the few that hasn't got problems with it. You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from www.download.com. Its faster, more user friendly, easily customizable to suit your need and no problems.

You can remove it using the Add/Remove Programs its under WIndows Internet Explorer 7 not Internet Explorerbut if you were rushing through the setup without reading it, you would have not noticed is that there is an option automatically selected saying ta ht it will remove previous Internet Explorer restoration (this will save some amount of MB in your hard drive) However IE sucks get Opera or Mozilla Firefox.

I upgraded about a month ago. I hate it!! It's slow, it won't let me download my normal IE skin which i have been using for over a year. I had to move things around because they were vanishing. I would download Monzilla but I'm the bill payer in our home and I can't log into certain accounts won't let me use Firefox at all. I have looked into putting 6 back on my PC but i have had issues. I went to CNET and Windows but at this point i still have 7. Hows Netscape going these days? Maybe i can still pay my bills and not be so irritated?
Good luck on your frustration.

I didn't like it either. While it looked sleek, I hate how they removed the top toolbar and moved everything. Not that I use IE anyway. Firefox is by far the better choice with many themes to choose and download from. Opera is also pretty good.
If you want to go back to IE7 just go to Control Panel>>Add or Remove Programs and then find IE7 and uninstall it. (You might have to make sure that "Show updates" at the top is checked.)

provide it a danger. you'll initiate to slowly like it. further to which the older browser doesn't have each and every of the safe practices platforms in position compared to the hot Microsoft browser. extra useful yet although... use Firefox, and purely save IE with the intention to get perfect of entry to Microsoft's internet web site for operating gadget updates.

I use firefox by default but I do use ie7 occasionally and I much prefer the new look, especially tabbed browsing.
Its not that it's slower its that it has built in phising protection checks the website out first to help prevent phising attacks. If you turn this feature of I think you will find that ie7 is actually quicker than its predecessor.
