My God! You just tell him. But be sure he is either experienced enough or else has studied enough about sex and female anatomy to know how to gently and lovingly deflower, or else you will be quite disappointed. Look at Brittany P's answer.I recommend you and he take several months pleasing and orgasming each other manually and orally before having intercourse in order to know that he cares to please you as he should.

First of all. How old are you. And you better be sure because you will regret it. I thought when i was 15 my boyfriend was the one but boy did i grow up and realize now way but I let him be the first anyway and I wish I hadnt.

well this is hard...if he has already asked u to have sex and u said no then try to bring the conversation to this subject again and tell him u feel ready now.If his hasn't mentioned it then tell him that he means alot to u and that u would like him to be your first one.don't be shy i am sure he will have no problem especially if her really loves you!
