As for me I have been studying and teaching the Word since 71 and it is true the more you dig into it for answers and get them it seems when you have that question answered it raises others and we are just scratching the surface of the vast wisdom and knowledge contained its like searching for burried treasure best wishes Gorbalizer

I have been in study of the bible 43 years.
I like so much the way Moses does things [ sure he had help beyond imagination ],
I ask myself, if he were here today how would he arrange all this information to
get the most out of the least space, so that is what I have been working to do.
I find the bible is not religion, religion is so limited and does not seem to want to grow.
So the more we know, the more we don't know as God is so great, the best we can do, is the best we can do and life is to short, we are so imperfect as one or as a multitude. Now we know why there are so many religions.
But I do believe every attempt was made for us to have this book, I am so glad that I do have it, and I am so sorry for those who did not have it. When Jesus comes again I hope I do not have much to learn in order to teach all those who want to know it all as I do after resurrected as Acts 17:31 and 24:15 or John 5:20,22,26-29 or Dan.12:2; Isa.26:19; 2Cor.5:10; Heb.9:27; 1Cor.15:22-28 AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE.
ALL POSSIBLE WILL BE SAVED BY THE WORD OF GOD John 12:47,48; for 2Pet.3:13;

I started going to a Christian school in 1972 so I've studied the bible ever which a way there is to study it. I got away from it in the 80's and got back into it in the 90's.
But now I try to understand the true meaning behind the words in the bible, its got to be the deepest book ever written.
I've noticed you can have ten people read a verse and have ten different meanings, we see what fits within our own life's at the moment.

It's called wisdom. And yes, the Holy Spirit will bring greater wisdom and insight as we dig deeper into the Word. He will show us things about Himself, as well as about ourselves, that we never realized before. This is the way we "grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord." When we first come to Him and read His Word, we drink the "milk" of the Word; but later, when we are more mature in Him, we are ready for the "meat." Sounds like you're becoming a spiritual "carnivore." I've always been the carnivorous type, myself.

The bible is a many faceted jewel, each scripture can be applied in so many ways because of the Love of God that created those words. Since His Love surpasses all understanding, then His word is continuously revealing truths to us, that's why it is called The Living Word of God!

A couple of years ago one of the 12 Chief Rabbi's of Israel was on his deathbed.
He fully understood that he was dying.
When asked if he had any regrets he said," Only that I will not be able to study Torah further."
That impressed me because he had been studying Torah since being a very young man and he was now very old.
If only Christians devoted their lives to the study of God's Word in like manner.

We, who study the Word of Father God are being introduced to Him and Jesus. The Word is a living, breathing part of Almighty God. Our Father, tells us in Isaiah, that His ways are not our ways, He tells us through Jesus that we should seek first the kingdom of God. Only a few have been priviledge to know the heart of Father God but all are welcomed by Him. Keep seeking and it will be the most wonderful journey you can take.

Yes, it's the same for me. I find something new that I either didn't notice before or didn't understand before all the time.
