But EVERYBODY says tht im not at all tht im just big boned...are they just saying tht to be nice? My doctor says the same thing. Im 1metre63 and 54kilos....is tht too heavy? I now do do not eat but people say tht i will become anorexic but when i look at myself i tell myself tht it would be impossible for ME to be anorrexic...
Should I start eating normally??
What should i do?

I'm so sorry you feel the way you do but one thing is for sure:
YOU ARE NOT FAT!! You are the perfect weight for your age. If you don't eat you could get all sorts of diseases. Firstly you will develop bulimia. You can ask any doctor if you are overweight and they will say the same. Have a blood test done and see what the results say. I hope you eat 5 portions of fruit and veg each day. I am 14 and I have plenty of knowledge in this things. I have seen many questions like this and I always give the same answer. Please feel good about yourself!

Why don't you ask your doctor if you can talk to somebody who will listen to you and tell you the facts. I have a friend who almost lost his daughter because like you she thought she was fat and she actually became anorexic. A lot of young girls feel under pressure to be slim, but the latest fashion trend is actually to have a few curves. You don't want to end up looking half starved and suffering from malnutrition like Victoria Beckham. She is such a bad influence on young girls. One more thing, boys don't like skinny girls much. You must eat properly or your whole body will suffer. We humans cannot survive without good basic food. Without it all sorts of things will go wrong in our bodies. Be yourself sweetheart and take care of yourself. Your mom will probably be gutted to learn you are becoming this way. Why? Because she loves you and she knows what will happen if you do not eat properly. Good Luck.

Don't do that. my friend was thinking the same thing too. I got mad at her because she was regular size. She was like, Im not gonna eat at alll until I lose alot of weight. Then 4 days after she hadn't ate, she was so hungry she couldn't take it. If you were watching Dateline, there was this girl, she was way over her weight limit, they had to put a lock on their refridgerator. If you were to compare yourself with her you would think that your lucky to have that body. I wouldn't do it. And the best way to solve that problem is to exercise, not stop eating. Its the best way. You weigh about the average 13 year-old does!
And you absolutely MUST eat!!! If you don't you'll end up like Nicole Richie did. If you really think that you are fat, then try some of these...

EAT NOW IT WILL ACTUALLY make you gain wieght if you dont and keep eating on a schedule 6 small meals a day not 3 large ones then exercise for 30 mins aday thats a better way to lose wieght thats how i lost 30 pounds and eata lots of celery there is no calories in it and you burn then while eating it so eat eat eat

You need to go to the doctor. He or she will explain the normal weight for you height and body build. The most important thing is that you learn to love yourself no matter what size you are. Stay away from junk, exercise, and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables.

Don't stop eating. U will put ur body into a starvation mode, and when u do eat, ur body will convert all of it to fat. Ur dr says that u r fine, and drs will tell u if u r fat. Maybe u should talk to a therapist about ur views of ur body image be4 u do end up with an eating disorder.

At 13 years old, you're bound to be self-conscious about your figure. However, trying to starve yourself is going to do you more harm than good. Get a chart from your doctor saying how much you should weigh for your age/height. Eat 3 square meals a day, & be good to yourself.

Eat normally , as a teenager your body needs to grow, but you could just be more aware of what your eating. dont have too much fatty food and exercise is always good at any age.

I checked your height and weight against the chart and you are a bit underweight.

Remember always eat your 3 meals a day and lots of fruit.

Some people see theirself as fat when they arent so listen to what everybodys telling you.Your NOT fat.
