If I sleep for an hour or two at some point in the day, I wake up feeling weak, heavy and sick. It lasts for a long time and I was wondering - why?

Yes it's against my natural sleeping pattern, no I don't have a family history of diabetes.

It could be you're not sleeping long enough at night, and so when you nap for an hour or two, it's still not enough to help you re-energize.
