This is really easy but you will can also copy and save it.

Pigs in a blanket for like 5 dollars. good appetizers.

what you will need:
Get the "little smokies sausage links" ( they have them in beef most likely in the breakfast meat section). Couple of cans of "Pillsbury biscuits". cookie sheet. Set the oven to like 325.

The smokie are precooked. (48 links comes in a pack). You will have to check the count of the biscuit and buy enough. Open the can of biscuits and wrap them around the smokies. Place on the cookie sheet and follow the baking instructions on the biscuit can. You can add pieces of cheese for variety.

The prep time is like 10 minutes or less and baking is like 15 minutes. Really easy. The biscuit tends to burn on the bottom depending on your pan and stove. So you will have to do a test run. I don't use the exact temp that is listed on the biscuit can, I reduce the heat level since I have a gas stove and that works well. I get the buttered biscuit type so I don't grease the cookie sheet. They usually come out golden brown. Just test it out oneday before you actually need to make them.

Tips:
1 - Sometimes I boil the links first (if i have time) to reduce the fat.
2 - You can get fancy serving trays from the party store and dress them up really pretty.

You could do a cheese and fruit plate
pigs in a balnket
Shrimp
stuffed mushrooms
chicken wings
mini egg rolls
keep it simple do up things that you can make up ahead of time and for the hot foods you can just pop in the oven

How about chocolate (White & Milk) covered strawberries? Every time I do it for a party, they are a hit! Not to mention they are easy to do, and very romantic.
