I would have the shake for breakfast and lunch then eat a healthy dinner, have low carb snacks or fruits during the day for snacks, if you stick with it you should lose 45 by March.

changing your diet mid-week may be hard and confusing, just do the same thing everyday

Yes, you'll lose 45 pounds by March.

You don't need to exercise to do that because it's not much to lose over 4 months, but if you feel better exercising then go ahead.

Be careful of what you consider eating "healthy". You see a lot of "healthy" diets on Answers that don't even come close!

Your body will assume you are starving and dramatically lower your set point (body temperature) to compensate. Since this is how the majority of your calories are burned, that is not a good idea.

A more realistic goal for maximum amount of weight loss for the time period you specific is 25 pounds (2 pounds a week). One pound a week is typical for dieting. 2 pounds for intense weight loss programs.

The diet you should be eating (if you want to succeed that is) is this one:

Note that if you foolishly eat a non-balanced diet (example, atkins) you will just binge after a few weeks and waste all that effort. What good is that?

A balanced diet consisting of foods that are high in bulk (ie lots of veggies) and nutrients and low in calories, is what you are after. Lots of vegetables, preferably raw vegetables, lean meats, whole grains in extremely limited quantities and controlling the amount of calories and the glycemic index of your diet to a reasonable degree is what you are after. The GI diet simplifies the process tremendously. 90% of the issue is getting rid of processed/refined foods from your diet.

Note that a"low carb shake" is an ultra refined, ultra processed food. Despite the hype, that makes you fat.

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your physique burn more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how many calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients each and every time you consume a particular meals.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
