You can never drink too much water. It will not flush out any good nutrients, only cleanses your body of wastes. Any excess will simply be eliminated through urinating.

It is suggested that you drink 64 oz of water a day.
2 gallons may be a bit too much. If you consume too much water it ends up flushing out important nutrients. Its almost like drowning your system. I do know that it is safe to drink a gallon, but 2, better check with a doctor first.

A person should drink about 16 oz a day. Nobody can drink too much water! Well...it may cause you to go to the bathroom a lot, but drinking lots of water is super good for you.

It can be. It washes out all your water weight and it ends up in the toilet. BUt be careful because you do want to keep a high amount of calorie intake with drinking this much water.
