well im sure you know it is a penalty, but funny anyway. Even with a club foot if you had 14 clubs in your bag allready it was still a penalty.

Having referred to the Royal and Ancient Rules Committee, and after two and a half hours discussion on the subject, here is the official verdict of the said committee: 'Provided the 'player' had no more than 13 clubs in his bag at the relevant time, i.e., the holing of the ball, making a total of 14 clubs in all, including his club foot, there was no foul stroke and his score stands'---------
