Some women stay in a relationship even though they are not sexually satisfied because they love the man. As a good friend all you can do is express your concern for her happiness. Only she can make the decision and you just be there for her.

Continue to be her friend by listening to her, but she will utlimately have to make her own decisions about staying in the relationship. It's obvious she loves this man, but my question is has she ever discussed this problem with her boyfriend? Encourage her to discuss these issues with him. If they love each other they will be able to work it out. Its too hard to find a good, solid relationship. She shouldn't just leave it without trying to resolve the problem.

Why should you care?
Clearly, a relationship that is not sexually satisfying wouldn't be good enough for you, but your friend is not quite as ruled by her hormones, so she's fine with a sexually boring relationship when it happens to be in an amazing emotional relationship.
If you want to be a good friend, don't waste time trying to get her to dump him, instead, buy her a gift certificate for a sex therapist for her wedding.
If you loved a man, who happened to be, say, maimed from an accident and unable to have sex, would you divorce him for it?

Well, you can always try to help.
She loves him so trying to break them up would probably destroy your friendship.
You can, however, point her towards some books and articles about sexual satisfaction. Also, check out this article I found. Have her read it and then she can decide if the relationship is really worth it.

Leave it be. She may not be pleased sexualy, but maybe there is more to the relationship than that. You said in your question that a) she loves him, and b) he is a good guy. Isn't that enough?

Let it go, you can't make her decision for her, apparently there is something she loves about the guy.

Just give her and advice if she asks for it only. And let her make her own decision. Sex is not everything for all.
