If it's non-diet, then yes. Pop. or soda, has a lot of sugar in it. That is terrible for your teeth, and it has a lot of calories with no nutritional value. Non-diet soda is just about the worst thing you can drink, other than maybe milkshakes. But milkshakes at least have milk in them.

Yes. It depletes calcium from your bones. It can also cause you to dehydrate if you don't replenish your body with water regularly.
As far as being bad for your teeth, that is true and not true at the same time. In grade school, nearly everyone does the teeth in the glass of soda experiment for their science fair. 7up has no visible effect while Coke completely dissolves it, doesn't matter if one is diet or not.

I would say yes because my husband has been suffering with kidney stones for the last 3 months and that's what his doctor told him . We drink diet coke everyday and he said to stop and drink water because the coke or diet cokes can crystallize and make the stones. He and his brother and father have a history of kidney stones so now he is drinking more water and cranberry juice.

Absolutely. There's too much sugar which is bad for your teeth and your weight. There's absolutely no nutritional value. And diet soda isn't much better with all of the artificial sweetener in those. Stick with water.

Anything in excess is bad for you, even diet pops and sodas. They have lots of artificial sweetners like aspartame in them. A lot of people have sensitivities to these chemicals. In addition, the carbonation in them is known to cause bladder spasms.
And thanks for the smile! I rarely hear anyone say 'pop" around here! I still say it sometimes and I get some looks. :)

Yes. All carbonated beverages are bad for your health. And colas are the worst because of the phosphoric acid in them, which weakens your bones.

It's probably okay if you are active, and brush/floss twice a day. Otherwise, it rots your teeth, makes you gain wait, stunts your growth, and might be addictive
