Ok, it's -34C (close to -40F) outside today so the 5 block walk to the grocery store isn't going to happen. I have turkey sausages, linguine, bacon, rice, cream of muchroom soup, canned muchrooms, an onion, tuna, milk,. No totmates or tomato sauce and no other veggies & no eggs. Does anyone have any idea of a nice meal or casserole I can make from any of the above?? Thanks in advance!

eek...I meant MUSHROOMS and TOMATOES. I think my fingers are frozen. Northern Canada...whoo-hoo.

Make a pasta.

Slice the turkey sausages and bacon
dice the onion
mix 1/2 can of mushroom soup with 3/4 cup milk.
Cook the linguine.

Fry onion till brown. Add bacon and sausages and fry for 3 mins. Add in soup mixture. Let it boil down till it's slightly thicken.
Off the cooker and stir the paste in.

Enjoy

I was going to say pretty much the same thing as Madish. I think that I would leave out the bacon though. Fry up the onion, add the turkey sausage and cook add mushrooms and cook until warmed through. Once cooked through, add cream of mushroom soup with about a 1/2 - 1 can of milk. Once heated thoroughly, pour over top of cooked linguine.

Yes,make a turkey sausage casserole,use linguine,or rice don't use both.
One pasta is enough, prepare your cream of mushroom soup in a pot add milk, don't cook too long just enough so that it is mixed thoroughly. Many recipes call for adding cream of mushroom soup directly in a casserole dish 13X9 preferably, but the mixture does not always come out the right way, that is why I always stir soup in pot first before adding.
Grill ,or bake lightly your turkey sausages, stir fry your onions to get the water out of them, but don't burn them, just precook them in a pan with olive oil, with the sausages is OK..but meat does not have to be cooked all the way, they will cook in oven.
Forget the tuna and bacon in this recipe.
Coat casserole dish lightly with cooking oil spray,or any kind of oil.
Add sausage, onions, mushrooms, mushroom soup mixture from pot add 3 cups of water with your linguine uncooked..
Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour and you will have a nice casserole.

I'd just throw to all together and bake it. Cook the pasta and the meat. Use the soup as your base, with some water and/or milk, of course. Add the mushrooms and onion. Some cheese would be great; any way combine it all, bake for a little bit.
Its pork-mushroom linguine with cream sauce!

TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
Break linguine into finger-sized pieces and cook according to directions. Chop and saute 1/4 of the onion. When done, mix in tuna (if it is water-packed tuna, do not drain, add the liquid), mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup and heat up. Add noodles.
