breakfast:
add 1/2 grapefuit in the morning with one sweet and low! also, 1 wheat english muffin with a small amount of butter substitute

lunch:
chicken and mushrooms but add green beans or steamed broccoli. you can season with Cavendar's Greek seasoning

dinner:
no rice!
go with a salad with red wine vinegar with a touch of garlic powder
then chicken (baked or grilled) with either green beans, pinto beans, white beans, broccoli, brussell sprouts, cabbage boiled, turnips, and/or mushrooms.

use the apple for a afternoon and/or night snack!

I think that it sounds pretty normal to me. That's about what I eat on a daily. I don't have a big stomach, so I don't eat a lot.

I usually have a piece of fruit and a cup of yogurt for breakfast
4 oz of baked chicken and either a salad or baked potato for lunch
and lean meat with a startch (rice or macaronni or bread) and a veggie for dinner.

Sounds normal. If you're trying to lose weight, you're going in the right direction! Just make sure that you're working out at least 30 minutes a day to maintain weight, 45 minutes to an hour for weight loss. If you are worried about not getting enough nutrients, take a multi-vitamin. I take 2 Flintstone with iron vitamins every morning.

Good job!

Not very balanced, hun. You need to follow the food pyramid. If you're trying to lose weight, a very healthy diet to follow is the diabetic diet. A piece of toast and a hard boiled egg (a protein and a carb) in the morning would keep you going better throughout the day. And you need more carbs than what you're eating. Sure, you want to cut down, but you still need more than that. Just check out these websites:

Not too bad, if you're trying to lose some weight. At least you're eating 3 meals a day. I would suggest a little more for breakfast though. Perhaps some protein in the form of a dairy product or some peanut butter if you're not allergic.

Did you feel satisfied after you ate each time or were you still hungry? What you ate seems like something I would eat during a really busy day with little time to eat, so I don't think it's enough ; (

You sound like me, I have my biggest meal at lunch. Some will say too little food, but really if it works for you, keep it up. I like a lighter dinner too.

I know people starve there self's to be skinny ,but you shouldn't join them. Try going to a gym and getting a plan. That way you can still be active and healthy.

Not a bad day. Eventually you will die from eating so little though.
