Steak with salad (no carbs) probably works out the least calories, but trim off the fat! Depends on the fat content on your mince and how much spaghetti you have. I would go for steak with salad, and a nice glass of red wine. Enjoy.

Steak (excess fat removed & grilled) and salad would definitely be the healthiest, but I'd much prefer spaghetti bolognese.

Prefer Steak and Salad.
Steak and Salad CAN be healthier depending on the sizes of each, and the leanness of the steak, and the content of the salad.

Steak and salad-and I would say that was the healthiest as long as the steak was grilled and there wasn't a creamy dressing on the salad.

Steak, if grilled to get the fat off (as well as a good cut that is less fatty) in a small serving portion and a salad seems healthiest.

Steak and salad both in preference and in health.
Bolognese sauce can be quite high in fat and pasta has a lot of refined carbohydrates. The steak and salad are far healthier providing you use a good cut like sirloin and keep the portion size reasonable.
