It's juice. It may come in a can or bottle, but it is still citrus. It isn't carbonated, which all pops are.

Fruitopia is a fruit flavoured, non-carbonated drink. Therefore it is definitely NOT a pop. But I wouldn't call it a juice, either because it is so artificial.

Fruitopia is really just flavored water, certainly not 'pop' or juice! It's ingredients are; water; high fructose corn syrup and/or sucrose; orange, tangerine and grapefruit juices from concentrate; citric acid; natural flavors; sodium polyphosphates; ascorbic acid; sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and EDTA (to protect taste); cochineal and tumeric (natural extracts added for color); acacia; Yellow 5; glycerol ester of wood rosin; coconut oil.

But it's yummy, right?

Definitely not juice.
Most drinks may exclaim how they use "Real Fruit Juice", but most of the time it's <5% that would actually be in what you drink, leaving the void to be filled with water and sweet syrups.

No. They used to sell it at my Jr. High because they weren't allowed to sell pop during lunch. It's still as bad, though. Too much sugar and it always used to give me a stomach ache. I'm surprised they still sell the stuff.
