Is it true that if you use hand sanitizer to much that your body gets immuned to it?

I think what you heard is that continued use of hand sanitizers can eventually lead to stronger strains of germs and bacteria.
I don't think this is anything to worry about.

Hand sanitizers are fine when there is no soap or water available. But, when it is, use soap and water. . .

The hand sanitizers do nothing to your body, they kill the germs that are present on your skin. It is unlikely that those germs will become immune to the hand sanitizer.

those are sick Ive always thought those hand sanitizers were a joke ... warm water and soap works fine..
