Then why does God say "Now I know you fear God" to Abraham after the test?

And how can a God who says "now I now" be all knowing, since it logically implies He DIND'T know it before.

Please, don't duck the questions. Answer them to the point, no bla bla bla

The statement was not for God because He knows all, it was to let Abraham He know. It's like when you are teaching a child a skill that you know he could but the child didn't, after he sees he could you tell him "now i know" you could, to assure his faith.

God knew that he would pass the test, but Abraham didn't, until the actual event.. And it wasn't actually a test from God, it was a fulfillment of His plan, even Abraham's obedience.. All mankind will see and know the fulfillment of Gods plan, when the experience happens. But no man will know His plan without first the experience. Man must experience the knowing of Gods outcome, for the outcome is Gods plan.

What is your goal? Do you think theologians all over the world will say "oh no, God isn't all knowing after all"? Maybe by means of this conclusion you want to dismiss God, the scriptures or both? There are plenty of apparent contradictions and mysteries in the bible for which you can hang your hat on. Let it all go.

It is better to approach the Scripture as an opportunity for you to enjoy it for how it can enlighten you about both God and man. Not as an opportunity to box either in.

well whether or not god exists, or is all knowing is unknown,

but the response is if u believe all the christian stories is, the writers and some rulers change around crap in the bible, or maybe when it was translated form hebrew thats the closest they could get it, in one part when god choses Saul as king for israel he says he is sorry (and i think the prophet at the time was samuel), which would imply what? god was wrong,

most bible stories are not to be taken literally but reather have a good message

It says, the angel of the LORD was speaking to Abraham. Gen.22:10,11,12,13,14;

Gen.22:10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
Gen.22:11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
Gen.22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
Gen.22:13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.
Gen.22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.

Even though God already knew what the result of Abraham's faith test was, It was important that Abraham himself knew it for Himself as well. Abraham had to experience it for himself.

The Torah speaks in the language of man...therefore, time-bound phraseology is included. The tests are for us to know ourselves, not for God to know us. Therefore, by God telling Abraham that he passed all his tests, then Abraham would be able to carry out his mission with confidence.

Abraham suffered the traumatic shock of having his prepuce amputated after birth because of some parental mistreatment. This triggered a PTSD to surface after puberty. He developed paranoid delusional schizophrenia after puberty that caused him to have hallucinations and hear voices. He thought it was the creator telling him to harm his son as his parents did to him. If this is not the truth, may Allah, Jehovah, or Heavenly Father strike me dead before I submit this answer.

Gods law says: 'Thou shall not kill!' God does not change his laws just for fun or tests. If Abraham would be living today and tell Sara God told him to kill his son, she woould tell him to go and see a shrink...

God tests us so that WE will know the condition of our faith....not so God will know.
