What's wrong is that she has been eating grass, she's not pooing where she should and is being sick - but why - that is the real question.

Grass is not digestible by humans.

Take her to the vet, or change her diet, Something is not settling well with her, eating grass is a sing of the dog being nerves or upset, you need to find the source of the problem, consult you vet.

Think you need to get a new partner! but seriously , think its upset stomach in your cat, cats and dogs eat grass to bring up whatever is in their stomach.. (prob lot of acid in stomach).. once they have been sick, they will be ok.. but prob best check with vet.

she should get to a vet/doctor. she is trying to get sick - by eating the grass-for whatever reason. and not pooping only goes a long with the theory that she is asking you for help.
