is she a picky eater? try milk or letting her drink supplements that will let her have all the protein, carbs, and fatty acids that her body needs. let her try drinking pediasure.

How old is she?

I gave my toddler. pedisure or pedipals..these are supplements in a milk/shake and the have yummy flavors. Vitamins will help to open up her appetite as well. Regular milkshakes are good too but more expensive. You can make your own at home. These really worked for us.

If your daughter is older you can try this weight gain mix at the GNC but I would encourage you to try vitamins and natural foods. MIlk works at any age.

How old is your daughter? Check first with your doctor for any medical condition. Maybe it's just her metabolism or genetic. My nephew is 10 years old and has always looked like a skeleton with a thin layer of fat and then skin. He's happy, healthy, eats well and is physically active. I'm sure he'll change come the teen years.

depends how old she is..... but i reckon milk might be helpful.
i read this great roald dahl short story about a bee farmer who fed his new born underweight daughter royal jelly made from bees and she gained 3 times her weight everyday..... (or something like that)
hope that helps........ though i do doubt it....

Try milkshakes. Although she could just be small for her age. You should talk to your pediatrician about her size. If he/she isnt concerned about her being small, then you shouldnt be either. She will grow when her body is ready.
