If you're getting tired of eating them, pop them in the freezer in single serving containers. They make a quick lunch. You can even make little dishes of masheds, stuffing, and gravy together to freeze.

Make turkey divan crepes, turkey ala king, turkey salad, hot turkey sandwiches, cold turkey sandwiches, turkey casserole, potato turkey pancakes, turkey frame soup (out of the bones).
Serve your leftover dressing with any meal. veggies can go into your soup.
