I am pale, and I would like a nice, healthy tan. I don't tan with sun, and I've tried a Hawaiian Tropic tanning moisturizer, but that doesn't work either. Tanning beds are really dangerous, too. Anyone have any other at-home tanning ideas, that work? Thanks!

i use two different products. sally hansen airbrush tan works very well and doesn't look fake, but i only use it once and let it fade, i'm not brave enough to keep applying til i look like a tropical woman. just follow the directions.

also oil of olay has a lotion that develops a gradual tan. if you apply it once or twice a day for a week you'll notice your skin getting darker and it is a really good moisturizer.
good luck!

Any fake tanner you will use is going to give you an orange tinge which does not look flattering. And most of the tan when you use fake tanner, you miss spots, or its uneven.
tanning beds are also very dangerous.
Just learn to love your color.
Your best chance is to use make up. Like a bronzer powder.

yeah, true, tanning beds a dangerous. but if you use tanning lotion before you go in the bed, with spf, you will almost eliminate the threat. I talked to my esthetician about this and this is what I was told. You will see results after the first tan. try it! =]
