Yes it is safe,it means the fiter needs to regenrate meaning got blocked up from stop start journeys and needs to get up to temp eg 30 min run on the motorway, cant remember correct time, once up to temp the ecu will adjust the ignition timing so the exhaust gases are hoter and burn out the build up then when clear the light will go out and re ajust but i think this only applys if the light is orange if red it means there is a fault and needs to be pluged in to the 5051b (vw computor) hope this helps.

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.

You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

It means the famous sludge problem VW finally admitted to having is happening to you, and your filter is in need of replacement. This should be covered under recall. Take it in and get it replaced or you will void the warranty.

It's probably safe for you, but you're poisoning the rest of us. Sounds like you've got a tank of dirty diesel. Get it home, then get it fixed.
