Maybe I am just screwed. I am so amatuer when it come to drinking, but last night the drinks were good, free and I did not know what was coming until I got home and got sick all over myself, bed etc. Although I will never do it again, it doesn't help how awful I feel now. Please help! I tried no lights, no noise, water and tylenol... guess what... it came up.

I ate some bread... lol but I think that will come up too. I took a hot shower thinking the smell was making me sick. Maybe not... maybe it's my bed, I sprayed it down with odor neutralizer to kill the smell for now. Too sick to clean up.

You're right...you're screwed. Later on this afternoon, make up a quart of WARM water w/ about 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar. Drink small sips of this over the next couple of hours (it'll help balance your electrolites- you can even call your local kids hosp. and get the recipe for homemade pedialite). Saltine crackers work better than bread or toast.
A word about ALCOHOL AND TYLENOL- they may rhyme, but they don't mix.......alcohol and Tylenol can be damaging to the liver.

The best answer I can give you is to go to the nearest grocery store and buy some pedialyte for infants and toddlers. it comes in liquid or in a freezer-type pop. Take the recommended amount every 15 minutes and you will feel much improvement in about 30-45 minutes. Drinking too much alcohol severely dehydrates your system. This is what causes that awful feeling we call a hangover. The pedialyte will replenish those missing electrolytes and refresh your body. I hope this helps...

1-Use gravol. the one you put in the mouth that fart. that will help you keeping thing.

2- If you puke a lot, make yourself an electrolyte and drink it slowly . It's disgusting but you need to hydrate yourself. ( electrolyte is made that way 4 oz of water 1 oz of orange juice 1 table spoon full of salt)

3-learn to drink.

PS.: never take tylenol after taking alcohol, use aspirin or advil type of pills. It seem that liver can produce toxin when tylenol and alcohol.

first thing first...next time don't drink so much.

Now to answer your question. if you are throwing up and can't keep anything down, try emetrol. you can get it at the drug store. it is used for helping with nausea and vomiting...worked like a charm when I had food poison. You are also probably dehydrated so get some fluid in you as well. oh...and sleep with a bucket or something.

Take a cool shower
have a slice of toast with a little bit of butter and honey
make a cup of chamomile tea (soothing to the stomach)
lay down in a cool dark room
and next time do not drink so much.
