thats true u should eat lots of vegetables and u should drink water as much as u can.
the color of ur hair depends on ur skin tone, if u have dark skin avoid the reds, and if u have very fair skin (white) avoid black (it will give u a gothic look).

Try taking Biotin. I also heard of a product called Miracle Gro that really affects the growth of hair. Drugstores carry this in the African-American Beauty sections. As far as the coloring goes, red hair color is high maintenance and it fades easily. Black, on the other hand, is a prevailing color and once you color your hair black, you would not be able to change it to a lighter color.

Kelp (Seaweed) is one of the quickest way for your hair to grow it also strengthens your nails at the same time. You can get it in tablet form from most health food stores. It really does work but don't expect to wake up the next day with long hair its not an instant miracle. Make sure you still get it trimmed at least every six weeks as it gets rid of dead/split ends that stop hair growing.

My daughters and I have used baby shampoo for such a long time now and my hair grew thick and long 9but I just cutted it). It grew right after I washed it. It is also proven that baby shampoo makes your hair thick and long if you read the back of the bottle when you buy it lol. You can buy it anywhere...drugstores or Wal-mart. Good luck :)

depends on how long you have to let your hair grow in. hair only grows a half and inch per month so you can decide but i think that ur best bet is hair extensions or keep it in braids for a while

just let it grow calmly. take care of it! shampoo, condition every second or third day to avoid spit ends so you don't have to trim it(triming your hair will help u avoid split ends all over your hair) and don't blow dry as much. use a good shampoo i recomend "GARNIER-Long and Strong it helped my bangs grow faster(i looked terible in bangs. and the best color really depends on your choice and style.
