Hi there!

Va is what you use for 'on', because 'on' takes the third person singular.

Vas is only for 'tu' - où vas-tu?

Best wishes,

Andrea.

hello, I'm french, and you have to say
Où va t-on?
or
Où allons nous?
and you can say ( but it's a little informal)
On va où?
or
Nous allons où?
If you want to use "vas", you have to say "tu"
je vais
tu vas
il va
nous allons
vous allez
ils vont

va. Va is the 3rd person present tense of aller.
Vas is the informal second person present.

It's "va" because if you put it in the affirmative way, you would say "on va".
