Scintifically they do. You can eat both together. But I favour to eat only vegetables. It digest 100 times esier than meat and keeps people health with long life.

The proteins in meat are called complete proteins because they provide all the essential amino acids-and in the proportions the body requires.

If u eat too much meat, it clogs ur intestine during digestive process. It takes longer for meat to digest and pass thru. Thus if u take vegetables after heavy meat meal, vegetables will also not get passage for completion of the digestive process for them, in the intestines. Be moderate in eating. If u take small potions of meat, it should not cause any problem of so called mixing. The digestive process starts with alkaline juices released in chewing the food, none required by meat. Followed by acids acting on food in the stomach and again alkalies in the intestines. No possibility of any interference if vegetables and meat are mixed and both of them are taken in moderate quantities, more so the animal proteins.

Meat slows down the conversion of vegetables and other types of food into glucose (blood sugar). The slower this conversion, the better for your body, as a slow conversion is less likely to trigger a hyperinsulinemic response.
Keep eating your vegetables and meat at the same meal, if you so wish.
