Cooking tip, there's a great product called "better than boullion" it's a very concentrated paste in a small jar that really does taste much better than boullion cubes or powder and comes in several flavors, chicken, turkey, beef, mushroom, ham, vegetable...It's a great staple to have on hand, can be used in a wide range of cooking projects. It takes up much less room that cans or cartons of broth and the opened jar lasts forever in your fridge. Check it out!

Quick Chicken Soup

3/4pound cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (2 cups) chicken
1cup frozen green peas
2medium celery stalks, sliced (1 cup)
2medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)
1medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2garlic cloves, finely chopped
4cans (14 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4teaspoon pepper
1dried bay leaf
1cup uncooked gemelli or rotini pasta (4 ounces)

1.Heat all ingredients except pasta in 4-quart Dutch oven. Stir in pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
2.Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta and vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaf.

You can indeed as long as you have turkey meat in the soup. For that matter you can even use vegetable broth out of a can.
