well...why not u make something by ur own with all ur heart and give him that as a christmast present...it is cost saving as u are only 14..and it is specially from ur heart...it is meaningful..

Concert tickets
Take him out to a nice place to eat
Some accessory he needs for his computer or phone
Clothes that you think he looks good in
If he reads, pick out a book or maybe a magazine subscription
