Why do muslims call you a racist if you criticise their religion?

Question

Every time I criticise the Islamic religion for it's somewhat medieval way of of being, I get labelled a racist. What is racist about not liking a religion that believes Jihad is acceptable. what is racist about not liking a religion where fanatics blow themselves and innocents apart? what is racist about not liking a religion that holds itself apart from main stream western society.?

Surely racism is holding the colour of a persons skin against them!

OK ask the Muslim these Questions:-
Is it against all so called gods word to harm Children
Are all men equal.
That you should not kill.

Of course only a person with barbaric tendencies would answer no to ANY question.

Let them decide, BUT be aware that they do mutilate little boys AND some also girls. They treat women and non Muslim like sh it and as for the last well it says all.

Their being therefore, of dubious barbaric heritage cannot distinguish between race and or religion, it is probable therefore that they in fact hate YOU and are thereby creating an inverse racial situation purely by questioning their beliefs.

I am "A" religious, all religions have a problem or three.

Religion is something to profess not some thing to criticise. i do not know which religion you belong to. if you know your religion you will never criticise the religion of others as they can also criticise your religion, and why you are only finding the negative things in the religion, why you are not finding the positive things. Go through the books you will feel the best. Do you know why 1000s of American and European non Muslims convert specifically to Islam every year? Because Islamic Culture is more deep rooted in the human values of love, sympathy, well wishing, equality and honour and it is not any particular teaching of Islam which attracted them but the whole wonderful coherent structure of moral teaching and a life programme of Muslims. And why Islam should not Apart from Western society and its environment as Western society is a naked society where people can not honour each other, can not care the feelings of others and obviously they can not honour the religion of others. Think yourself???? The Road is open to you...........!!!

i believe some atheists are additionally liberal lefties who've an attack of the vapours on the belief-approximately something that smacks of an attack on the ethnic minorities they love lots. that's doubly ironic as though Muslims had their way they may be the 1st to the execution block. whether, to be honest a brilliant many atheists (mutually with me) think of all faith is infantile nonsense and the greater religious it somewhat is, the greater ridiculous. As Islam is rather religious, caught in a brutal and primitive center a while time warp, and demonstrably lots greater violent and unsafe than Christianity - we despise it lots, lots greater. interior the united kingdom, over many centuries, we've controlled to de-claw our very own relatives faith so this is generally possibility unfastened. yet we've very stupidly, imported a primitive and unsafe faith into our united states, and we could make each attempt to suppress it. As for the racist fee - apart from being a quite meaningless all purpose insult to human beings you disagree with, this is incredible in basic terms how many idiotic human beings won't be able to distinguish between a faith and a race. They know it isnt racist but they are encouraged by the loony left.
Obviously they are going to complain about anything that is adverse to themselves.
I really do think its time to stand up against the govt and the politically correct, even if we are breaking the law by practising freedom of speech.
Lets get this govt out then get the muslims safely to a country where they will be happy.

Why should it matter if someone is critical of anothers`` religion? There are hundreds of religions in the world and everyone cannot agree with all of them. Every religion has something going for them, otherwise they would not have any followers. Every religion believes in a God, who is good and loving and forgiving.It is not `racist` to disagree with the teachings of a particular religion, but why do people find it necessary to be critical? Leave a man alone to believe in his own God and let others believe in theirs. This sentiment applies equally to Muslims and Infidels Christians and Barbarians and anyone who believes in any God, or indeed anyone who dose not believe in any God at all.

The religion in some countries is so politically directed ...you are not racist you are expressing an opinion, any religion that doesn't allow free speech is hypocritical and being racist themselves...another reason why I probably agree with you. Each group/religion has different factions..even the We Frees in Scotland to me are old fashioned and not always right but thier followers would not agree. I think not listening to others opinions sometimes comes from fear of losing control.

They seem to be unable to understand a lot of things, Sir.

Permit me to illustrate.

I'd met a Muslim Cleric whom I'd told that I'd like to know more about Mohammad and Islam which we hear so much about.

He was overjoyed at the prospect of "converting" me and took off on a long lecture about Mohammad.

He detailed how Mohammad had married the boss of his caravan who was some 20+ years his senior and 11 more women!? He even married a 63 year old woman who died 3 months after the wedding leaving him a lot of money. All those were when he was in his 20's and after he became the Prophet, his tastes changed to younger women and he even had his lieutenant - Abu Bakr give him the 9 year old daughter - Aisha whom he married when in his 50's!?

I have the whole list with the accounts of the things he got by marrying his wives; but it's too long to write about here, Sir.

Then I said "But, I thought that Muslims could only marry 4 wives?"

And he immediately recited the Surah of the cow which details very clearly that a True Believer may marry a maximum of 4 women in all his life and he cannot marry the second wife when the first is still alive an unafflicted by any contagious and terminal disease!?

Naturally, like any one of us would have asked, I asked "But, isn't Mohammad in violation of his own Islamic Law?" and the guy replied "That is allowed for the Prophet, not to ordinary men."!?!?!?

Now, I guess you know what I mean by intellectually challenged?

racism is holding some ones race as inferior or worse than your own even black people can hate other blacks as in Jamaica and Nigeria totally different people and culture, the thing is Muslims think if they shout racism they get more attention but Islam is not a race unlike the Jews. they deliberately misuse the word.

The majority of Islmics are not racist. When you catagorize everybody under one banner of racism you are targeting all members of the religion. They are being judged unfairly because of the radical factions that exist in a terrorist world. The terrorist factions use the Islamic nations as the base for their radical beliefs & to promote their agenda. If a member of your family for example became a sexual preditor would that make you all sexual preditors? I think not. Would you appreciate that? I doubt it.
Terrorist groups & organizations use these Islamic nations because they are poor & have no defences to deal with the threats that lie within. To label all Islamic people racist is unfair, uninformed & uneducated.

I agree with some of the things you say.

I think however you are generalising the whole religion. the majority of muslims do not condone the actions of suicide bombers.
