I never received the 30 day free trial, you have been taking $8.99 out of my account for the last few months yet still tell me I'm not signed up. I have cancelled the credit card withdrawal and would like confirmation that you will not try to take out any more money for a service I am not receiving.

just cancel it not worth it the headache and you did do right thing

Call your card company back and tell them to cancel it again. Call Yahoo! again and tell them you have the information where the money is being withdrawn. If they don't stop, tell them you will sue them for charging you for something you cancelled and no longer want. That'll make them listen!
