Well I'm not a guy but I think some do who are looking for more of the serious relationship. It shows she has maternal instincts and its very feminine. I know if I see a guy playing w/kids or holding a baby its a turn on. It shows he has a caring side and under all that masculinity is a soft loving gentle man.
