100% Whole Wheat Bread is good for you. White Bread really has no nutritional value to it at all. Any kind of whole grain bread is better than white bread.

Of course bread is good for you. on the food chain at the bottom there is the grains group and bread is in that group and you need the most servings from grains every single day.Glad I could help!

Yes, but in moderation. Don't make everything you eat bread. Yes, carbs CAN make you gain weight, but they give you energy. Have you ever heard of athletes having pasta and bread before a big competition or game? They do that for a reason....

Yes, bread is good for you. Try not to eat white, preservitive ridden bread too much but eat whole wheat bread and multi-grain bread.

Fluffy white bread isn't good for you but won't kill you if eaten in moderation. Try to eat more whole grain breads, the fiber in them is beneficial.

Not really...bread has alot of carbs....bread and butter is worse...nut over all bread isnt the best thing to eat.

not white breads or sugary ones!
whole cereal ones yes in moderation.but read labels they need to bewhole ,not just with caramel coloring that mekes them look healthy!
